BREMER BAY SKATE PARK

Public BBQ

Bremer Bay Skate Park offers a well-rounded setup for families, combining a quality skate facility with practical amenities. The skatepark features a mix of vert and street sections, with an excellent bowl that's well designed with good flow. Sand does blow in regularly, so bringing a dustpan helps. The street section is fun but somewhat cramped. Adjacent to the skating area sits an undercover barbecue area with long tables, suitable for family gatherings. Public barbecues and a sink are provided under the shelter. Clean public toilets are centrally located on site. The nature-themed playground centres around a large pirate ship structure, offering various obstacles and challenges for younger children who might not be confident on the ramps and bowls. Grassed areas provide additional space for kids to run around. One notable limitation: the lights shut off around 6pm rather than operating on sensors, which can leave visitors finishing their barbecue in the dark during earlier sunsets.
